7.4 magnitude earthquake near the east coast of Russia’s Dastaka region

A powerful 7.4 magnitude earthquake occurred near the east coast of the Kamchatka region of Russia in the early hours of Saturday. The US Geology Survey (USGS) gave this information.

According to the USGS, the epicenter of the earthquake was 111.7 km east of Petropavalovsk-Kampachkski and 39 km from the ground. On July 20, 2025, five powerful earthquakes were measured in the Russian Peninsula in Russia, one of which was measured 7.4.
